My Bio
I was born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. I would love to travel and and do photography for a living. I have just registered for my classes at Academy of Art. I start this summer and am excited to start.
I tend to change my type of photography every once in a while but, I think its a good thing. Right now I hope to become a professional photographer. I really would like to be able to do travel photography as a career.

First Photography Class

I finished my first photography class and although in the beginning I believed that the class wouldn't help me much, I believed that overall my photography and thoughts of photography has improved a lot because of the class. My goal was to get an A for the class and I am pretty sure I achieved that goal. What I most appreciate is that I was able to gain a lot more then expected.
Two parts of the class that I believed helped me the most were dealing with movement and lighting. When I focused on movement I really had to think of ways to create an interesting photo that involved stop action, blurred movement, and camera movement. I found this

End of the Year

Well it is towards the end of the year and right now I am going to sort and view my deviations in order to reorganize and get rid of some of the old stuff. 2012 is a new year and what better way to start new. In addition I have wrote out a few goals for myself at the start of the year and I have them posted up on my wall in my room. Since it is the end of the year I'm going to post up how I did in achieving these goals and see how the end of the year has went for me. Photography Class

I've been away for a while again. I have uploaded a few things and have still been viewing other submissions, but really wasn't active for a while. Something new that is going on and well is almost over is my photography class. I have been taking a class in photography and right now the class is almost over. I have really enjoyed the class and if you are thinking of taking a class and have been doing photography as a hobby I would highly recommend it. The class is basically a beginner's class for anyone interested in photography, and many of the things taught I already knew about.
